CAIR-Tampa & Muslim Community – Ramadan & Thanksgiving Food Basket Program

Every year, the American Muslim community comes together, with United Way and Publix Supermarkets, to provide food and other basic necessities to over 200 needy families and veterans of Hernando County and nationwide. The Ramadan Thanksgiving Food Basket Program was established in November of 2001. And, with a spirit of giving, 2010 marks the 10th year of distributing food baskets nationwide.
